Introduction

a great way to use the grindings from the juicer a great way to use the grindings from the juicer
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1/2 c olive oil
    1 c white sugar
    1 c fiber from the juicer
    (this is the stuff that goes in the OTHER bowl)
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp nutmeg
    1/2 tsp grd cloves
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking soda
    2 c white flour
    2 heaping TBLSP ground flax meal
    1 c raisens ( or dried fruit )
    1/2 c optional grd walnuts or nuts
    This recipe is VERY adapatable. I sometimes add powdered milk also.

Directions

mix everything and pour batter into a prepared 9x12 ( or so ) pan i use "pam". bake for 35 minutes in a 350 degree preheated oven. cut into 12 bars and enjoy. it looks like they are about 7 pts in ww calculations.
