Ingredients

680 g Pork chops
2 teaspoon Oil
3 tablespoon Chutney
3 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 large Onions, cut into rings
40 g Flour, cake
1 teaspoon Curry powder
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Directions
Mix curry powder with flour.
Dredge pork with oil and season with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in pan and brown chops on both sides.
Place chops on oven tray.
Stir fry onion rings until brown.
Add chutney and Worcestershire sauce to onions and mix to combine.
Pour onion mixture ove pork chops and cook in pre-heated oven at 180ᴼ until tender.
