Ingredients

1 Whole Wheat Tortilla Wrap (the bid tortillas)
3 tablespoons of your favorites tomato sauce
2 oz of rotisserie chicken (breast meat)
1 oz of low fat mozzarella cheese ( about one cheese stick)
    Italian herbs (optional)

Directions

Shred your 2 oz of rotisserie chicken
Shred your mozzarella cheese ( if your using a block then just use shredder if your using the cheese stick just keep pulling pieces apart )
This can be made on the stove or in the oven(i prefer stove)
If your making it on the stove then just heat a dry pan to medium/low heat and put your tortilla on it heat on side then flip
Add your 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce add your italian seasoning (garlic powder, basil ect ect) spread it evenly across the tortilla its ok if your done go all the way to edge leave a bit of a "crust"
Spread your shredded chicken over the sauce then the mozzarella let the cheese melt and the bottom get crisp and its good to go

If your noticing that the bottom is getting a little too brown and you dont want to burn it but your cheese isnt melted just pop it in the micro wave for 20 seconds and it should be all melted

Oven directions

Pretty much the same as before just one a baking sheet
Add all of the ingriedients to the tortilla put it in the oven for about 5 minutes at 350 degress and enjoy!

    Incredible!
Sounds great! I will add some vegetables to it when I try it--bell pepper & maybe broccoli & cauliflower. I think my son would even like it! - 1/27/09
