Introduction
My husband and I saw this recipe on T.V. years ago for this chicken salad a lady was trying to figure out from her relative from long ago. Turns out it was chicken, eggs, mayo, salt, pepper and the mystery ingredient...garlic powder. I grill my chicken in the skillet with the seasonings and add some to the mix as well. This recipe makes 10 servings of 1/2 C each. My husband and I saw this recipe on T.V. years ago for this chicken salad a lady was trying to figure out from her relative from long ago.
