Ingredients

    1 whole wheat english muffin, split
    1 piece canadian bacon
    1 apple, cored and sliced thinly
    1 tsp dijon mustard
    1/2 slice Swiss cheese

Directions

Heat griddle or pan and spray with Pam. Split muffin and spread one side with dijon. On other half layer the bacon, apples, and swiss. Put sandwich together and grill out side portions for 9 minutes, turning once. Done when the outside is lightly toasted and the cheese is melted.
