Ingredients

    Ground beef, 16 oz
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Tomato juice, 46 fl oz (1 can)
    Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz)
    Chili powder, 1.5 tbsp
    *Bush's Blackeye Peas, 1 can 15 oz
    Diced Tomatoes, 1 can 15 oz.
    Garlic, 1 Table spoon
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
    Regular Beer, 12 fl oz 1bottle
    Beans, red kidney, 1 can

Directions

Throw in big pot and boil for 1 hour and simmer for 30 minutes. Let cool and serve next day.
