My sister got this recipe from a chef at a restaurant she visited. It's the best I've had. I made it recently for 4 people & halved the recipe. It was plenty. Ingredients

1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup reduced fat sour cream
6 tsp horseradish (or to your taste)
salt to taste
Directions
-Stir whipping cream & sour cream until smooth.
-Allow to sit out on your counter for 8 hours.
-Before serving, add horseradish & salt to taste.
Enjoy with your prime rib.
Leftovers may be kept in refrigerator.
