Ingredients

    2 Onions
    4 Cups Chicken Broth
    28 Oz. Can Diced Tomato
    10 Oz Package lite Velveta
    12 Oz. Frozen California Blend



Directions

Saute onion in non-stick pan. Add broth and diced tomato. Stir in and cook California Blend. Medium heat. Cube and melt velveta. Use blender to obtain proper consistency (I like to maintain some of the texture of the veggies). Reheat and serve.

Stores well in frig. reheat in microwave.
