Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey, 93% lean (thawed or frozen)
    3 tbsp garlic powder
    3 tsp black pepper
    1 tbsp salt
    6 tbsp ground oregano
1 cup part skim milk ricotta Cheese
3 cups Classico Tomato & Basil Spaghetti Sauce
8 oz part skim milk mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 lb (4 c) fresh broccoli, chopped or diced

Directions

1. Brown the ground turkey in a skillet, and chop into small pieces. *Leave the water that drains off the meat, as it helps the sauce*.
2. While meat is still browning, add in half of the spices (salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder) and steam the broccoli and drain until it is bright green, but still firm. Set the broccoli aside.
3. Once the meat is browned, pour in 1-1/2 jars of the Classico Sauce. As the sauce is heating up and begins to thicken, add in the remaining spice. I have found that if you add just a little more salt, garlic powder and oregano, the flavor is amazing.
4. Preheat an oven to 350. Once the sauce has thickened a bit, get a 2-quart foil pan and put the broccoli evenly at the bottom of the foil pan.
5. Combine the ricotta cheese, and 1/2 of the sauce from the pan (meat's OK to get in there) in a mixing bowl until the mixture has a pinkish-orange hue to it. Spoon it liberally, but evenly, over the broccoli.
6. Sprinkle 1/2 of the cheese over the mixture.
7. Ladle the remaining sauce mixture over the cheese.
8. Top the pan with the remaining cheese.
9. Heat in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until cheese is melted.

Makes 10 servings (depending on how hungry you are).
