Ingredients

    1 salmon fillet
    2 big tomatoes sliced thin slices
    1TBS thym, Italian seasoning, and oregano
    dash of salt and pepper
    2-3 sliced limes/ lemons
    1TBS olive oil
    5 cloves of garlic sliced

Directions

Preheat oven 350, Put 1TBS Olive oil in the bottom of the baking pan. Put aside. In the meantime, wash the fillet, put it in the pan season it with dried: thyme, oregano, Italian seasoning, garlic, salt and pepper. Put on the top the tomatoes, onion rings, Garlic, and lime or /lemon slices. Season it with same spices you used on the fillet. Bake until it is done. Enjoy

    salmon is my fvorite fish and it is healthy too.
    This one is Baked with my favorite staples onions garlic tomatoes, basil ,oregano ,italian seoning olive oil lime, great. I would serve with roasted vegetables and brown rice. delish
