Introduction

I got this receipe from my gyms cafe. I've modified it to a lower fat version. I got this receipe from my gyms cafe. I've modified it to a lower fat version.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 chicken breast
    1 slice of bacon
    .12 cup of shredded cheese
    2 tablespoons of low fat ranch and salsa
    1 tortilla approx soft taco size
    1/4 cup of shredded lettuce

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Cook chicken breast in steamer, bbq pit, pan or oven. Whichever you prefer
3. Cook bacon. I find it easier to do it in the microwave
4. Chop chicken and wrap chicken in tortilla along with remainder of ingredients
5. Place wrap on pan and into oven for 10 mins.
6. Makes 1 wrap. Eat and enjoy.
