Introduction

This is a VERY multipurpose sauce. I use it on my eggs, over a salad, on fish, for dipping spring rolls in, or for spreading on celery sticks! The possibilities are probably endless! Ingredients

    1⁄2 cup peanut butter

    1⁄3 cup coconut milk

    2 tablespoons soy sauce

    1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger

    1 tablespoon sesame oil

    1⁄2 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper

    1⁄4 cup chicken broth

Combine ingredients in bowl and mix well.
