Ingredients

    2 Cups White rice (Cooked)
    2 Cups wild rice (Cooked)
    2 Tsp Olive Oil
    1 Sm Onion Chopped
    2 Cloves Garlic Chopped
    1 Stalk celery
    Fresh rosemary
    fresh basil
    Low fat feta Cheese

Directions

Sauté Onion, Tomato, Garlic, Celery, and fresh herbs in the olive oil.
Once soft add Rice, Toasted pine nuts, and feta
Bake in oven at 350 for 30 Min.
