Ingredients

1 6oz can tuna packed in water (or 2 5oz cans drained)
2 TB reduced fat mayonnaise
1/4 c diced celery
dash lemon juice
3 cups mixed dark greens
1/2 of a beefsteak tomato, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine tuna, mayonnaise, celery and lemon juice; season with salt and pepper to taste. Pile greens on a plate and top with tomato slices and tuna salad.
