Introduction

I made a lower calorie version of the protein shake my boyfriend always makes. I drank this for breakfast this morning - it was really good! I made a lower calorie version of the protein shake my boyfriend always makes. I drank this for breakfast this morning - it was really good!

Ingredients

    - 8 ice cubes
    - 1/2 cup soy milk
    - 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder (I use Gold Standard Whey Protein Powder in Double Rich Chocolate)
    - 2 TBS Better'n Peanut Butter (this is also sold under the name Peanut Wonder - its a lower calorie peanut butter type product that is great in recipes - you can get it at Trader Joe's. But you could also use regular peanut butter, just add 100 cals to the total)

Directions

Just mix everything together and blend. I use a hand blender because I think it is easier to use and clean. This makes one large smoothie.
