Ingredients

    6 boneless Pork Chops
    2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
    1 Onion, sliced thinly
    1 tomato, sliced thinly
    1/2 tsp dried basil leaves (or to taste)
    Garlic salt, salt and pepper to taste....(optional)
    1 can 99% fat free condensed cream of mushroom soup.

Directions

Heat skillet and add olive oil; begin browning onion slices; then add the pork chops, seasoning to taste. Add thinly sliced tomatoes along with any juice from the tomato. Add the can of soup, and 1/3 to 1/2 can of water. Continue stirring and transfer to a pan coated with pancoat and bake in 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes.
