    1 can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
    1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
    2 Tb reduced sodium taco seasoning mix
    1/2 onion chopped
    16 oz jar of salsa (I use medium heat)
    16 oz frozen corn
    1 sweet potato, peeled and cubed
    1 carrot, peeled and cubed
    1/4 cup water


Pour all of the ingredients into the slow cooker. Stir to mix. Set on low, and cook 6-8 hours. I like it with low-fat sour cream and cheese, but you can add what you like.
