Introduction

Ingredients

3 pounds of Chicken (I like to use all pcs, and I leave the skin on so it holds in the moistness, than I remove it from my serving as I am the only one dieting in my house).
1 cp Brown Rice
8oz Portabella Mushrooms
1 sm Sweet Onion (sliced thinly)
1 regular can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1.75 cps water
1 can regular cut Green Beans
Salt, Pepper, Paprika to season/taste
Directions
Turn oven on 400*
Using a 13x9 pan, put 1 cup brown rice in pan, add mushroom soup, add water, mix in: thinly sliced sweet onions, slice portabella mushrooms (8 oz or more), & 1 can drained green beans. Than place different chicken pcs on top of the mixture. Sprinkle with pepper, papkrika, & salt or salt substitute (to your liking). Bake in warmed over 1 hour (or until thickest pce of chicken juice runs clear). And serve with a salad of your choice or not! I usually can feed 6 people with this meal (and a couple of small children too!)
