Ingredients

6 cups broccoli florets, broken into small pieces
1 c cherry tomatoes halved
1 c (1/2 cup each) colby and monterey jack cheese crumbles
1/2 c thin sliced red onions
2 tb. (.125 c) sunflower kernels
1 tb poppy seeds
1/2 c (8 tbsp) raspberry vinaigrette dressing
2 tsp grey poupon dijon mustard
1 tbsp (3 tsp) sugar
Directions
Mix broccoli, cherry tomatoes, cheese, onions, sunflower kernels, and poppy seed in large bowl. Stir together dressing, mustard and sugar until well blended. Pour over broccoli mixture, toss to coat. Refrigerate at least 4 hr. or overnight.
Makes 8 - 1 c servings.
Can make ahead of time, really good even if you don't like broccoli.
