Ingredients

1 lb. Angel Hair Pasta or Vermicelli
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. toasted sesame oil
1 tsp. minced garlic (or to taste)
3/4 tsp. ground ginger or 1 tsp (or more) fresh ginger, minced
1 tsp. rice vinegar
1 tbl. honey
1 tbl. toasted sesame seeds
Sliced green onion, optional
Directions
Cook and prepare pasta as directed on box, with salt.
Combine rest of ingredients (except sesame seeds) in a large bowl and whisk until well combined.
When pasta is done, drain and add to bowl.
Toss pasta with sauce until coated.
Top with sesame seeds and green onions, if desired.
