Introduction

This is a great Spicy New Mexican dish This is a great Spicy New Mexican dish
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb of ground beef (Can also be made with Chicken)
    3 cups cherry tomatos
    2 medium sized potatos diced
    3 cloves of garlic
    1 tsp of salt (optional)
    1 cup of chopped onions
    3 cups of water
    2 cups of chopped green chili (I prefer hot)


Directions

Brown ground beef, drain grease add Beef and
all other ingredients into a stock pot
bring to a boil and then simmer until potatos and tomatos are tender. Enjoy!
Serving size is approximately 1 1/2 cups
