Ingredients

    2 - light wheat hamburger rolls (torn into pieces)
    4 - Boca breakfast sausage (cut into small pieces)
    1/3 cup - chopped onion
    1 cup - fat free milk (or light soy milk)
    3/4 cup - Egg Beaters
    1/4 cup - low fat shredded cheddar cheese
    1 tsp - black pepper

Directions

Place torn bread into a 8X8 baking dish coated with non-stock cooking spray. Sprinkle with diced Boca links.
Mix chopped onion, black pepper, milk, sour cream and cheese together. Pour over Boca and bread. Cover and let stand in refrigerator overnight.
Remove 30 minutes before baking.
Bake uncovered at 325 for 35-40 minutes our until toothpick in center comes out clean.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
OPTION: serve with 1/4 cup of salsa and fresh fruit.
