Ingredients

Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz)
Del Monte Diced Tomatoes with Zesty Mild Green Chilies, 1/2 cup
    Flax Seed, 1 tbsp (optional)
Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 tbsp (optional)
Manitoba Harvest Hemp Seed Nut, 1 tbsp (NO YOU ARE NOT GOING TO GET STONED - they are just seeds and are extremely good for you and ridiculously tasty. See here for more info: http://www.manitobaharvest.com/products/index.asp?itemID=144) (optional)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
Bistro Bites Buffalo Style tangy with medium heat Cocktail Chicken Sausage, 9 links
    Garlic, 3 cloves
Kraft Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese, 2 cup

Directions

Mix tomato paste, diced tomatoes, hemp, flax, quinoa, and garlic together in a bowl. This will be your base - here is where you would want to add your own array of spices.

Chop all of your other ingredients.

Put 1/2 of each ingredient on 1 dough (the dough recipe makes 2 doughs) starting with tomato, then chicken (this is precooked, so no worries), onion, mushroom, finally cheese.

Bake for 20 minutes, and YUM.
