Ingredients

    1 head lettuce
    1 cup slices scallions
    1 large cucumber
    1 yellow bell pepper
    1 red bell pepper
    1 orange bell pepper
    1 cup chopped tomato
    .5 cup sliced radish
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    1 large head iceberg lettuce

Directions

Chop everything up, toss it in a large bowl, and serve. Add bacon bits or croutons if desired (not calculated into Nutritional Value)
