Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
2 limes
3 cans of hominy
1 can of diced tomatoes
fresh cilantro
garlic salt
1-2 jalepenos
chili powder
comino
chili flakes
6 tbls lime juice
5 green onions
Directions
Put chicken into a crock pot with plenty of water, add cilantro 2 tbls of lime juice, add spices let cook till the chicken falls apart.
In a bowl empty 3 cans of drained hominy into bowl, add 5 chopped green onions, add 1 or 2 chopped jalepenos, add sliced and peeled limes,add remainder of lime juice, and add a drained can of diced tomatoes. Mix and once chicken is falling apart, add mixture to the water and chicken let cook in crock pot for 30 minutes min. the longer is cooks the better the taste.
