Ingredients

    7 oz whole wheat macaroni
    15 oz reduced sodium spahetti sauce
    1/2 cup onion chopped
    1/2 lb extra lean ground beef
    6 Tbsp parmesan cheese


Directions

Cook beef and onion in skillet until done.
Cook pasta in hot water until done.
Put all ingredients but Parmesan together in baking dish. Cook at 350 for 25-35 mins until bubbly. Divide into 6 servings. Sprinkle each with one Tbsp cheese. Serve while hot.
