Introduction

When a person is allergic to beef, turkey and chicken and is left with very few foods to cook , one needs to get creative with pork. I would never go back to beef, even if my allergies eventually disappear. Ingredients

    - 1 lb lean ground pork
    - 1 cup chopped onions
    - 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
    - 1 can of Hunts diced tomatoe w/basil, garlic and herbs
    - 2 cups of cooked white minute rice
    season to taste example: garlic lovers seasoning

Directions

Fry ground pork, onions, seasonings and mushrooms till slightly golden brown, drain any grease (can rinse with hot water to decrease fat/calories) add cooked rice and canned tomatoes, simmer on low for 5 mins, serve.
