Ingredients

    Shrimp, cooked, 16 oz
    zatarains creole seasoning, 0.33 tsp
    Paprika, 1.5 tbsp
    *Margarine-like spread, Country Crock, regular, 4 tbsp
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.33 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1.5 tsp
    cornstarch, 1 tbsp

Directions

Season shrimp generously with creole seasoning or salt and pepper. Stir paprika into margarine in saucepan. Saute shrimp in margarine for 5 minutes. Remove shrimp; set aside. Add green pepper and garlic. Saute for 10 minutes. Return shrimp to mixture. Add 1 cup water and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Adjust seasonings. Add mixture of corn starch and a small amount of water gradually. Cook until slightly thickened. Serve with Brown rice (additional calories depeding on what rice you use).
