Introduction

I threw this together one night as a quick meal and I loved it! I use the pre-packaged seasoned steak strips. I also added a bit of soy sauce for a bit more flavor. Ingredients

    3 oz. pre-packaged pre-cooked seasoned steak strips
    5 oz frozen spinach (1/2 of standard size package)
    1/2 cup of instant brown rice (dry) - makes 1 cup when cooked
    2 tsp olive oil
    Fresh or bottled garlic to taste

Directions

Cook instant rice according to package directions. While cooking, add the 2 tsp olive oil to a heated saute pan and add spinach and garlic. Stir fry for about 3 minutes and then add the steak strips. Heat in saute pan for 5 minutes more until the steak is heated through. Put the rice in a bowl, add the spinach/steak mixture and combine.
