Ingredients

    1 Medium onion, Chopped
    2 Tbsp Light margarine
    2 Pints Fat free half and half
    2 (6 oz) cans tuna in water drained and flaked
    2 (10 3/4 oz) cans Cream of potato soup
    2 medium potatoes peeled and cubed
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper

Directions

In a saucepan, saute onion in margarine until tender. Add cream and canned soups; bring to a boil. Stir in the potatoes, salt and pepper. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Stir in tuna and heat through.
