Ingredients

*Brown Rice, long grain, 1 cup
Green Beans (snap), 1 cup
Peas and carrots, frozen, 0.5 cup
*Oyster Sauce, 2 tbsp
*Soy Sauce, 1 tsp
Pepper, black, 1 dash
Salt, 1 dash
Chicken Breast, no skin, 0.5 breast, bone and skin removed
Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
Olive oil, 1 tsp
Directions
-If you are using previously cooked rice just have it ready, if not cook rice as usual and keep ready.
-Defrost carrots and peas
-On a large pan cook onion with olive oil until color changes to light caramel.
-Add all veggies, oyster sauce, salt and pepper to taste, stir ocassionally.
-On a separte pan, cook the chicken (cut into cubes or stripes as desired)
-When veggies are cooked, add chicken, rice and soy sauce, mixing all ingredients well
-You can serve it with chinesse mustard and a side of chop suey.
