Ingredients

1 tsp canola oil
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tsp low sodium soy sauce
1/2 tsp bottled minced garlic
1/8 to 1/4 tsp ground red pepper
1 (1 pound) pork, tenderloin trimmed, and cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp dark sesame oil
1 cup sliced red bell pepper
1 cup of trimmed asparagus
1/2 tsp bottled fresh ground ginger
1 tsp of toasted sesame seeds
Directions
4 servings (serving size 1 cup)
Heat canola oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Combine hoisin sauce and next 4 ingredients ( through ground red pepper), stirring until blended; set aside. Add pork to pan; sprinkle with black pepper and salt. Cook 3 minutes on each side or until done. Remove from pan. Add sesame oil to pan. Add asparagus, red bell pepper, and ginger; stir-fry 4 minutes or until bell pepper is tender. Stir in pork. Add hoisin mixture to pan; toss to coat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
