Introduction

Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    1.2 kilos red beans, weighed after cooking, or drain cans and weigh
    3 medium onions
    6 lf lauging cow cheese wedges
    4 cloves garlic
    hot pepper to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    enough hot water to get the consistency you want in the food processor

Directions

Makes 7 cups

Beans must be cooked before you start, or use canned and drained.

Put everything in the food processor, you may have to do it in batches, and process until you get a consistency you like. Taste for seasonings, may need more salt, pepper or hot sauce.
