Ingredients

    1 cup diced ham, 11% fat
    6 whole large tomatoes (3" in diameter)
    2 large carrots, diced
    1 large stalk of celery, diced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    5 large potatoes, diced
    1 can of yellow sweet corn (12 oz.)
    5-6 cups of water (as needed to thin soup)
    Salt (optional)
    Pepper (optional)

Directions

Put all ingredients into a soup pot, bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and cook until all vegetables are done (about an hour).

Makes 10 1-cup servings.
