Introduction

Easy to prepare and good for you. A steamy bowl on a cold day will sooth the soul. Easy to prepare and good for you. A steamy bowl on a cold day will sooth the soul.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 T. Olive Oil
    1 med chopped onion
    3 cloves garlic
    2 cups chicken
    2 cans chicken broth
    2 cans Cannellini Beans
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can chopped green chilis
    2 T. cumin
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Put oil in pan. Cooked chopped onion and garlic till almost done. Add chopped cooked chicken (or cook raw at this time) Add 2 cans chicken broth. Bring to boil till onions are tender and chicken is cooked. Add 2 can drained beans, 1 can tomatoes and 1 can green chilis. Add 2 T. cumin. Salt & Pepper to taste. Cook on a slow simmer about 30 minutes.
