Introduction

Ingredients

    8 oz linguine or spaghetti
    12 oz boneless skinless chicken breast cut into small pieces
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese (fresh is best)
    1 clove garlic minced
    1/4 cup fresh parsley or 1 T dried parsely

Directions

Prepare linguine per package. Drain and return to pan.
Meanwhile, preheat (for 2 - 3 min) a non-stick saute pan on top of stove (med heat). Coat thoroughly with Pam and immediately add chicken pieces and garlic. Sautee until cooked through (10 - 15 min) Salt and pepper to taste. Toss chicken, parsley and parmesan cheese with linguine until combined well.
Serve with multigrain rolls and steam vegetable of some sort. I often flash cook asparagus and serve it on the side or mix it in the dish.
