Introduction

Chicken tortilla soup is pretty much the only soup my boyfriend likes, and this recipe is so tasty, he doesn't even notice there aren't tortillas! It's restaurant quality delicious!

Short prep time (maybe 15 min?) and then let simmer for 2 hours on stovetop.

Also a great recipe for leftover chicken.

    Very Good
My family really enjoyed this recipe. Step 2 says to add salsa, but the recipe doesn't say how much to add. I just added to taste and it turned out good.
