    CHICKEN TENDERLOINS- 1 1/2 POUNDS
    BLACK BEANS 1 15 OZ CAN DRAINED RINSED
    SALSA 10 OZ
    ROTEL 2 CANS (10OZ)
    CUMIN 1 TSP
    CHILI POWDER 1 TBSP
    CORN, FROZEN 2 CUPS
    CHICKEN BROTH 1 CAN
    WATER 2-3 CUPS
    QUICK COOK BARLEY 1 CUP DRY

Directions

MIX ALL IN SLOW COOKER COOK FOR 8 HOURS. SERVE WITH CHEESE OR SOUR CREAM
