I found this on a local news program's website. They have a chef who does a daily blurb with a new recipe every day. This one looked good - tastes good, too. Ingredients

    1 10 oz. package chopped broccoli, cooked & drained
    1-1/2 cups diced extra lean turkey ham (8 oz.)
    1 small can chopped mushroom, drained

    1 cup part skim ricotta cheese
    1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
    1/2 cup egg substitute
    1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp Smart Balance light
    1 tsp onion powder
    1/8 tsp nutmeg

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9" pie pan with non-stick baking spray.


Mix turkey hame, broccoli, and mushrooms together. Spread in pan.


Put remaining ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Pour over the turkey ham mixture. Bake for 30-45 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand 15 minutes before slicing.

    Very Good
    Tried this tonight and really liked it! I didn't have ricotta in the house, so I used cottage cheese instead. I also topped it with some shredded Mexican cheese (what I had in the house). - 2/3/09
