Ingredients

    3 T. Butter
    3 T. Flour
    1.5 C, 1% Milk
    1/2 C. Fat Free Grated Cheese
    8 oz Cabot 75% Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese, grated
    4 slices American Cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/4 tsp Onion Powder
    Pinch of Nutmeg

    1lb box Pasta of your choice, cooked

Directions

Melt butter in large sauce pan. Add flour, stir and cook over low heat until slightly light brown. Slowly stir in Milk and stir until smooth. Add cheeses half each at a time, stiring to melt after each addition. Add to cooked pasta, stir.

Makes 12 servings.

** Exchange Olive Oil for the butter for a healthier fat and skim milk for 1% for less fat!
