Ingredients

Creamy Ranch Dressing, Trader Joe's Brand, 100 grams
Buttermilk, lowfat, 200 grams
Parmesan Cheese, grated, 20 grams
Pepper, black, 1 tsp
Salt, 1/2 tsp
Directions
Grate Parmesan extremely fine - I use the finest microplane grater I have. It makes the lightest possible snowy grated cheese. If you don't do this it won't work. I think the smallest grater on the mouli may do the trick, but you need seriously fluffy grated cheese for this recipe to do its thing. Holes about 2mm or less.
Mix all together, store in jar.
Put on salad! A serving is about 53.3 grams, since the expletive deleted calculator won't let me express it in grams in my "add to planner" thingy.
If you aren't weighing your food I don't know what to tell you - I'll try to measure out a serving and let you all know.
I did not add extra herbs but would put in chives, parsley, a little garlic powder etc. if had more time. Will probably do so and update recipe later.
