Ingredients

    Better 'n' Eggs egg substitute, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Milk, 1%, 0.1 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.25 cup, chopped (remove)
    Pepper, black, 0.5 tsp (remove)
    *Canola Oil, 1.5 1tsp (remove)
    *Cumin seed, 1 tsp (remove)

Directions

Heat oil and saute onions for a few min. Add chopped green pepper and saute and keep aside.
Mix egg substitute with milk, salt and pepper and beat. Pour on a heated skillet. Garnish with sauteed vegetables.
Cook till done
