A healthier , quicker alternative to your old meat loaf! A healthier , quicker alternative to your old meat loaf!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb extra lean ground beef OR turkey
    1 medium egg
    4 T Newman's Own chunky salsa
    1/2 c oatmeal
    1 T Worcestershire sauce
    pepper
    crushed Rosemary
    oregano
    onion powder

Directions

add all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Use hands if necessary to get all ingredients evenly mixed. Form 12 golf ball size meat balls & place in 9X13 baking dish. Cover with wax paper & place in microwave. Cook on high for 8-10 min, rotating meat balls 1/2 way through cooking time. IF there is some grease in dish, drain off at the 1/2 way cooking time. The meat balls WILL brown on their own & won't be over cooked.
