Ingredients

    2 15 oz cans chili beans with turkey
    16 ounce can corn
    1/2 med chopped onion
    1/4 cup chopped cilantro
    1 tsp taco seasoning
    1 15 oz can diced tomatoes with chili
    1/2 tsp salt
    Topping
    1 cup yellow cornmeal
    1 cup flour
    1 T baking powder
    1 T sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 cup skim milk
    2 T canola oil

Directions

In a 9 x 13 pan mix first 7 ingredients. Mix cornmeal, flour baking powder, sugar and salt. Then add milk and canola oil. Spoon 9 mounds onto top of bean mixture. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let set for 10 minutes.
