1 lb ground beef
1 loaf wheat bread
8 eggs
3/4 c milk
2 c shredded colby cheese
Directions
Spray nonstick cooking spray into a 9 by 13 pan
tear up pieces of bread until the bottom of the pan is covered with pieces of torn up bread.
brown beef in skillet
beat eggs milk salt and pepper until its like scrambled egg mixture
pour meat over the bread and mix it in a little so all the meat isn't at the top.
sprinkle grated cheese over the top until its covered.
pour egg mixture over the top. it will all absorb into the bread.
put in fridge overnight, let it sit in the refrigerator so the egg can fully absorb into the bread.
then in the morning take it out and bake it at 375 for about 30-40 min or until the egg is cooked. check the middle really well because it tends to take the longest to cook.
