    Ingredients:


    Beans, great northern, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Zucchini, 1.5 cup, sliced (remove)
    *Summer Squash, 1 medium (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Asparagus, fresh, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Portabella Mushrooms, 100 grams (remove)
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic, 4 clove (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, .25 tsp (remove)
    White Wine, 2 fl oz (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 4 tbsp (remove)
    *Orzo, Barilla, uncooked, 6 oz (remove)


Directions

roast veg w/ olive oil @ 450 for 20-25 minutes.

Cook orzo w/ wine & veg stock until al dente. add beans last 2 mins cooking time.

Mix veg, orzo and parm together.
