We really love this soup ~ it really warms you up when its cold out!

Makes a big batch, so we always freeze some for later.

Ingredients

    1 1/5 pounds Ground Turkey
    1 Packet Taco Seasoning (Low Sodium)
    1 Can Stewed Tomatoes
    1 Can Rotel Tomatoes
    2 Cans Pinto Beans
    2 Cans Whole Kernel Corn
    2 Cans Light Red Kidney Beans
    2 Cans Dark Red Kidney Beans

Directions

Brown ground meat and drain. Add beans, corn, rotel tomatoes, and taco seasoning. Add stewed tomatoes last so that you can cut them into smaller chunks. Mix together and heat on medium heat for about 30 minutes.

We sometimes serve this over broken tortilla chips with cheese and sour cream on top.
