Ingredients

1 can of low fat Cream of Mushroom Soup(divided)
1.5 pounds ground turkey
1/2 cup italian breadcrumbs
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1tsp pepper
1tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp prepared yellow mustard
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, skim
Directions
Makes 6 servings
Mix 1/2 of the soup, all of the meat, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, salt , garlic powder, and pepper in a large bowl.
Shape 2 loaves.
Heat a large, deep skillet over a medium high heat.
Brown the loaves in the skillet then reduce the heat to medium.
Cover the skillet with the loaves still in it.
Simmer for 25 minutes or until the meat is cooked through.
Drain the fat from the skillet or spoon it out.
Stir in the rest of the soup, water, and mustard.
Top with the cheese, if using, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir the sauce occasionally while simmering.
