Ingredients

    2 large sweet onions
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. seasoned salt

Directions

Cut onions into 1/2 inch slices and separate into rings. Place eggs in shallow dish. Mix everything else together in another dish. Dip onion rings into eggs first, then in corn flake mixture and lay on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes until tender.

    These are sooo good! Better than any other recipe for Baked Onion rings I've tried! I had to sub Panko for the Cornflakes and I didn't have seasoned salt, but they were delicious and even the picky eaters gobbled them up! There are NO LEFTOVERS!!!! - 5/19/10

    Incredible!
    Great Onion Ring recipe!! I accidently used cayenne instead of paprika, so mine were a little zesty. But great coating and texture. Will deffinately make again. - 6/6/12
