You could season it up more if you wish, some suggestions are dry onion soup mix, tarragon, thyme, Mrs. Dash or any herb you prefer. Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil
4 pork steaks
1 tsp onion powder
garlic powder
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 large onion, chopped
1 can green beans
4 potatoes, peeled & quartered twice
1 cup fresh mushrooms sliced, sauteed
2 (10.75 ounce) cans low-fat condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can water
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Season both sides of steaks with onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Brown steaks for 3 to 5 minutes on each side. Transfer steaks to a 9x13 inch casserole dish, and sprinkle with chopped onion, potatoes, green beans and mushrooms.
3. In a small bowl, combine condensed mushroom soup, water and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until smooth, and pour over steaks and veggies. Cover pan with aluminum foil.
4. Bake in preheated oven for 90 minutes.
